Paperless Billing and Direct Debit Promotional Credit
Customers may be eligible for a one-time promotional credit of $30 upon registering for both paperless billing and direct debit payments. If you have already signed up for one service, you must sign up for the other service in order to receive the promotional credit.
Step 1: Go Paperless by signing up for electronic billing, or ensure you are already registered for the service. Once you sign up, you will receive email notifications that your bill is ready to be viewed online. You no longer will receive a paper copy of your bill each month.
Step 2: Sign up for direct debit payments, or ensure you are already registered for the service. Payment of your monthly utility bill will be automatically debited from a selected checking or savings account within 14 days of the bill due date. Credit cards and debit cards cannot be used.

Both paperless billing and direct debit must be active. At least one must be newly signed up as of Nov. 11, 2022.
There must not have been a cancellation of either paperless billing or direct debit in the past year.
The direct debit must be for a checking or savings account (not a credit card).
Must not have received this credit previously.

The credit will appear on the account up to 30 days after signup.
