The City of North Las Vegas Code Compliance Division serves the residents of the City of North Las Vegas with progressive and responsible code enforcement services and collaboration that contribute to a better quality of life in our community.

The Code Compliance Division strives to achieve voluntary compliance with the City Codes through a process of notification and education. The ultimate goal is to improve and maintain the quality of life where people live and work in the City of North Las Vegas. When voluntary compliance cannot be achieved, the Code Compliance Division has procedures in place to abate public nuisances or issue criminal citations for noncompliance. 

Areas of focus for the Code Compliance Division include boarding and securing vacant structures, removing junk, litter, garbage and overgrown weeds, abatement of junk vehicles, illegally posted signs, illegal home businesses, obstructions of public streets or sidewalks, and damaged fences or block walls.
