    Mission Accomplished!

We are proud to have successfully launched and run numerous initiatives out of the North Las Vegas City Manager's Office. Among our proudest achievements:

SNUMA, the Southern Nevada Urban Micro Academy that changed learning and workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic

NLV CARES, the City of North Las Vegas' comprehensive short- and long-term health and economic response to the global COVID-19 pandemic

COMMUNITY COVID FUNDING, using taxpayers dollars exactly as intended -- to benefit residents and keep them healthy, safe, housed, employed, fed and with the proper supports they needed during the pandemic and aftermath.

The U.S. Treasure's State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) was a generational opportunity for the City to address the disproportionate effects of coronavirus on residents of North Las Vegas and Southern Nevada and to ensure an equitable, strategic and lasting recovery. Download the SLFRF report that details North Las Vegas' plan and progress in programming these dollars to meet both the immediate and ongoing needs of the community while thoughtfully addressing long-term opportunities for residents.
