The City Manager is appointed by the City Council and is the CEO of the City of North Las Vegas. The City Manager is the top administrator of the City.  

Under the direction of the City Manager, the City of North Las Vegas provides responsive, top quality services to residents and business customers.

Day to day, the City Manager executes and implements public policies created by the City Council; administers and oversees daily operations of the City; prepares and submits the City’s annual budget; keeps the Council apprised of the City’s financial and operational status; makes reports and recommendations to the Council; ensures that all City ordinances and resolutions are implemented and enforced; and provides direction to employees through department directors. Additionally, the City Manager’s Office serves as a liaison to the North Las Vegas Municipal Court and the North Las Vegas Library District.
