With the City of North Las Vegas Self-Certification Program, many commercial and industrial projects can be permitted in just four days. Register here.

Architects and engineers can become pre-certified with the City by taking a class at City Hall, enabling them to certify their own work so construction can begin concurrent with the City team performing our due diligence. This reduces construction timelines, saves developers significantly in carrying costs, and gets projects online more quickly!

Self Certification is also a good marketing tool for Southern Nevada firms and professionals as it can drive local business when national or international companies are looking for professional services in the Valley.
