North Las Vegas Library District Board of Trustees

Regular meetings of the North Las Vegas Library District Board of Trustees are held on the fourth Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, and  November at 5 p.m. in North Las Vegas City Hall.

The North Las Vegas Library District Board of Trustees serves as the governing/policy making authority for the District.

Among the duties of Trustees:

• Establish by-laws and regulations for the management of the Library District and Board.
• Approval of resolutions, contracts, and all agreements related to the Library District.
• Approval of Library District policies.
• Support the Library Director in all areas of library operations.

Composition:

• Seven Members
• All members must be residents of North Las Vegas
• All Trustees are appointed by the City Council pursuant to Section 2.310 of the North Las Vegas City Charter and North Las Vegas City Council Resolution No.2357
