Compensation and Classification
The Compensation and Classification team develops and manages our compensation plan and job specifications. The team provides analysis and consultation to evaluate the offering of market-competitive and internally equitable pay.
The Classification and Compensation Division:
• Offers consultative expertise on classification and compensation.
• Collaborates to overcome classification and compensation issues.
• Provides direction that includes best practices.
• Remains current with regulatory changes affecting compensation.
Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Our HRIS team uses HRIS software solutions to maintain, manage, and process employee data and support various human resources functions.
