Community input is key to this plan and ensures that we are prioritizing the needs and concerns of local residents and businesses. To get participation from those who typically don’t participate in government, we have piloted a new survey method with two-way text messaging. This is an effort to “meet the people where they are." Please let your contacts know that their input is valuable. We hope this new method can gather input from citizens for this and future projects. You can invite them to participate by sending this QR code in your communications or by pasting it on your Facebook or LinkedIn pages. This will also be displayed in City Hall and around town.
