The City Clerk’s Office supports municipal governance and transparency through elections management, records management and agenda management. The City Clerk is the custodian of all City documents and records, and maintains the official minutes and legislative history of the City. The City Clerk’s Office provides support to all City boards, committees and commissions, and administers the advisory board appointment process.

Additionally, the City Clerk is the City's elections official, and all municipal elections are administered through the City Clerk’s Office.
