Pre-construction meetings are designed to provide you with the best customer service. These meetings are not mandatory; however, we highly recommend that you take advantage of this service!

Our team we will walk you through the process, step by step, to get you a Certificate of Occupancy faster. A faster project timeline means financial savings for you!

During these meetings, we will discuss your plans and give you pointers on critical items and issues that can expedite your preparation. We will review options for scheduling inspections and highlight relevant policies and procedures, which also are provided in the Pre-Construction Package attached to approved plans.

The pre-construction meeting is an opportunity for you and your sub-contractors to ask questions about code interpretations and materials use.
