The City of North Las Vegas will be hosting a job fair at Silver Mesa Recreation Center (4025 Allen Ln, North Las Vegas, NV 89032) on Saturday, April 1 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. There are over 60 open positions including program supervisors and specialists for North Las Vegas Summer Camps, lifeguards, water safety advisors and more.
Positions start at $14 per hour for a Program Specialist, up to $22 per hour for an Aquatics Coordinator.
Training and certifications are provided to new lifeguards who need certification, and new hires can receive a $100 sign-on bonus after passing a background check and working one pay period. Aquatics staff who work 150 hours between May - September this year are also eligible for an additional $400 one-time bonus.
