Craig Ranch Regional Park is located at the northeast corner of Craig Road and Commerce Street in North Las Vegas.  It is the site of the former Craig Ranch Golf Course, which was saved from development by the City’s purchase of the course with Southern Nevada Lands Management Act funds.

The park is approximately 170 acres in size and features a 65,000 square-foot skate park; four civic plazas; three dog parks; two lighted competition baseball fields; tennis, volleyball and basketball courts; community gardens, eight reservable ramadas; and expansive open spaces for citizens to enjoy.

THE AMP AT CRAIG RANCH 

In October 2015, the 7-acre The AMP at Craig Ranch debuted to rave reviews. Capable of seating up to 10,000, the venue is completely customizable to various events, and will provide the residents of Southern Nevada with live entertainment options ranging from community productions up to large-scale, multi-day, multi-artist festivals.

The majority ($6.5M) of the construction costs were funded as the City of North Las Vegas became the inaugural recipient of the Clark County Parks of Regional Significance grant award in 2013.  The grant, funded from room tax revenue, supported the construction of the 7-acre amphitheater and adjacent pond.  Funding for the remainder of the development came from park district fund balances.

FACILITY RENTALS
Craig Ranch Regional Park offers shelters and open space that are ideal for any type of event or celebration.  Our spaces can accommodate groups from 5 - 50,000+.  For more information, please visit Craig Ranch Facilities Reservations.

COMMUNITY GARDEN
The Community Garden offers sixty-two, 5’ x 13’ personal gardening plots that are available for reservations on an annual basis.  Applications for the Community Garden are available online or in person at the Craig Ranch office.  The annual fee is $150 per plot and includes water usage.

SPORTS COURT RESERVATIONS
Craig Ranch Regional Park features 2 lighted competition baseball fields, 6 tennis courts, 4 volleyball courts and 2 basketball courts.  Reserve one of our sport courts for your next family outing!  Our basketball courts are available for hourly rentals.

Craig Ranch Regional Park Multi-Use Fields Project

Starting on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 the Craig Ranch Regional Park will undergo construction of a six multi-use field project, on the south side of the park (corner of Commerce & Craig).  The Craig Ranch Regional Park Multi-Use Fields project includes grading, utilities, pathways, sports fields, irrigation system, playground, restrooms, planting, fencing, signage, and other miscellaneous related items. The project is scheduled for completion by March 2025.

The City of North Las Vegas is committed to making our city greener and reducing the impacts of extreme heat and urbanization that affect Southern Nevada and the southwest region of the United States. The trees removed from the construction site were Tamarisk (Salt Cedar), which is an invasive species to Southern Nevada. The City will replace them with trees that are appropriate for the desert climate.
