Utility Bill Payment Options The City of North Las Vegas offers five ways to pay your utility bill. Click on one of the following links to learn more. Online Payment on City website:
Online Payment by Bank: Many banks and bill processing companies are on the Internet and allow for bill payment to the City. In particular, many banks offer online bill payment services free of charge to account holders. Check with your bank to determine which options are available. Direct Debit: City Utility Bills may be automatically debited from your bank account monthly through Direct Debit. Funds are withdrawn from checking or savings accounts within fourteen days of billing. Signing up for Direct Debit may be done at one of the City's Full Service Locations. Be sure to bring a blank voided check when signing up. The City has worked with Western Union to enable the ability to pay your utility bill. It typically takes one business day from payment at a convenience location to be processed by the City. The convenience pay locations are provided on the links below: Your monthly utility bill includes a payment envelope and remittance stub. Simply follow the instructions on the utility bill and mail your payment in the payment envelope. Customers can pay their utility bill by contacting Customer Service at 633-1484 via phone.
