Utilities Administration
The Administration Section of the Utilities Department is responsible for providing administrative support to all Divisions within the Department. The responsibilities of the administrative team comprise accounts payable, accounts receivable, correspondence, customer service, budget tracking, meter distribution, file management, radio dispatch, call center assistance, and payroll. Each team member is assigned a particular area of responsibility with all team members performing the general duties. Specific responsibilities are as follows:
