Randall DeVaul
Deputy Director of Engineering
City of North Las Vegas 2266 Civic Center Drive Randy DeVaul, P.E., joined the City in July of 2008 after 9 years with the City of Cleveland, where he was Commissioner of Engineering & Construction, and where he served five months as Acting Director of Public Service. In Shaker Heights, Ohio, he was Director of Public Works from 1987 to 1999. Prior to that, he was Director of Utilities for the City of Galveston, Texas. He worked for a few years for a consulting engineering firm in Ohio, but 30 of his 34 years experience have been in the public sector. Randy got his Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Akron in 1974, preparing him to fulfill his life-long dream of becoming an engineer. Randy and his wife, Sandy, have one son who preceded them in moving to the Vegas Valley. |
