Ish Garza
City Traffic Engineer
City of North Las Vegas 2266 Civic Center Dr. Ish Garza started as the City Traffic Engineer in November of 2008. Ish has a wealth of experience and impressive credentials with 37 years of civil and traffic engineering experience including extensive municipal practice. He is a registered professional engineer in Nevada, Texas and Louisiana and is also certified as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer. Ish received both his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Civil Engineering from Texas A & M University. |
