Validations Office

Welcome to the Validation Office, which is under the supervision of the Terminal Agency Coordinator Division.

Stolen property and missing persons are entered into a criminal database after a police incident report is made by the victim. A monthly validation list is generated from this database to verify the integrity of the files.  A Validation Letter is then sent to the victim, requesting the current status of the stolen property, as well as any additional information that was not given on the initial incident report.

If you received such a letter and wish to respond via this electronic form, please provide the information requested below and click the SUBMIT button.  You may also send the letter to us by U.S. mail, or fax it to (702) 649-1457.  All submissions are confidential.

Please call the Validations Office at (702) 669-3336 regarding any question that you may have. This office is open between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. We are closed on major holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: This form is for use only if the incident occurred within the City of North Las Vegas and you have received a Validation Letter from the North Las Vegas Police Department T.A.C. Division.
