Welcome to the Validation Office which is under the supervision of the
Agency Coordinator Division/TAC Bureau.
Stolen property and missing persons
are entered into a criminal database after a police incident report is made by the victim.
A monthly validation list is generated from this database to verify the integrity of the files. A Validation Letter is then sent to the victim, requesting the current status of the stolen property, as well as any additional information that was not given on the initial incident report.

Please call the Validations Office at (702) 669-3336 regarding
any question that you may have. This office is open between the hours
of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. We are closed on major
holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: This form is for use only if the incident occurred within the City of North Las Vegas and you have received a Validation Letter from the North Las Vegas Police Department T.A.C. Office.
