Operations STATION 51 2626 East Carey Avenue
Located at 2626 East Carey Avenue, this station was built in 1973 and currently houses one engine, Engine 51 , a 2008 Pierce Quantum which is equipped with a 1500 gallon per minute pump and a 750 gallon tank; and two rescues, Rescue 51 (2008) Med-Tec and Rescue 251 (2001) International both of which are large transport-capable rescue vehicles. The Engine is staffed by one captain, one engineer, and two firefighters. The Rescues are staffed by two firefighters one of which is a paramedic.
