Neighborhood Services Division HOME PROGRAMS 2225 Civic Center Drive Suite 220 Kenny Young, Senior Executive to the City Manager EMERGENCY REPAIR PROGRAM (ERP) The Emergency Repair Program (ERP) provides assistance to low-income homeowners within the City of North Las Vegas. The program is designed to improve substandard living conditions of single-family residential properties, including mobile homes if the lot is owned by the applicant. Substandard conditions include those posing a serious threat to the health, safety or welfare of the household or affecting the immediate livability of the home. Emergency assistance shall be granted based on the following:

This program is designed to provide low to moderate income families with the opportunity of home ownership.
