Accessible Content Request Form

In support of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of North Las Vegas offers accessible versions of the City's web site content free of charge upon request. Available accessible formats include spoken voice (either by telephone or recording), text documents (ASCII format devoid of formatting/graphics/scripts), and braille.

Requests may be made through this form or by calling one of the following phone numbers:
(800) 326-6868 for Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) access
(702) 633-1510 for the City's ADA coordinator.

The City strives to fulfill accessible requests within five City business days. However, turnaround time may depend upon the number of outstanding accessible content requests.

INSTRUCTIONS: Please specify content from the previously linked web page. For example, if the previous web page was Meetings and Agendas, and you are interested in August 4th City Council agenda, then please enter "August 4th City Council agenda" in the specific content form field.

Next, select an accessible format and then enter your name. Finally, fill out your e-mail address, phone number, and / or address. At least one contact method must be filled out. When you are finished filling out the form click on the "Submit Request" button.
